Classic Era

The Classic Arc encompasses Daniel Larson's journey from the inception of his TikTok account, @daniellarsonfans, to his substantial growth and following on the platform. This period spans from around March 2020 to late 2021, ending where the Homeless Era began. During this period, especially during video's in 2020, Daniel's videos were notably more tame compared to his current content, likely due to his medication, housing, and lack of trolls. It can be argued that during this era, Daniel was significantly less mentally ill compared to his behavior following this.

During the Classic Era, the arcs that corresponded with it were the Fog Arc, and the Headset Arc. This era is notable for being the era where Daniel's Pinterest account was found, him being reported to the FBI following it, and for the lack of archiving of it in general. Additionally, this arc is notable for the incidents that occurred during it, most infamously, the May 6th Incident.

While not his first account, the Classic Era would begin with the creation of Daniel's most notable TikTok account, DanielLarsonFans, in March 2020. Sometime during March, Daniel uploaded his first video, which is footage of Daniel's neighborhood surrounding his then disability housing. One of Daniel's most popular video's was of him wearing a green shirt, in which he says "Good night everyone", and thanks his followers for their support. This is considered to be the point in time in which Daniel Larson developed the cult following seen today. This was due to his unorthodox appearance and strange mannerisms, which would soon push him into the spotlight.

On March 25th, Daniel was under the effects of a stay-at-home order in Colorado due to the burgeoning pandemic, which increased his social media use.
