Although he is (at least, physically) an adult, Daniel is not above having meltdowns and being a nuisance in public places. Because of his violent outbursts and unpleasant behavior, Daniel has been either trespassed, temporarily banned, or permanently banned from many places, physical and non-physical.
Following the Olive Garden Incident, wherein he is seen pulling a fire alarm and having multiple emergency services called to the establishments, Daniel has found himself being banned from more and more places as he is more of a liability due to how dangerous and how many resources would have to be wasted if a repeat of the incident occured.
