The Golden Hotel Incident
The Golden Hotel incident occurred during Daniel's TikTok livestream on December 23rd, 2023, in which Daniel is ejected from The Golden Hotel in Golden, Colorado.
Prior events
Daniel purportedly booked a hotel room and wanted to stay there for a week with Grace.[1] Earlier in the day he stated that "in less than 24 hours, things will go to shit",[2] possibly foreshadowing this incident. About two hours prior to the incident, Daniel claimed that "Grace and I are working on getting a hotel for the night."[3] By this point, Daniel's stream had amassed around 100,000 likes and about 6,000 viewers. Many viewers tried to get Daniel to believe multiple things such as Grace's death, or telling him to run, claiming the FBI were after him. Before, you can see Daniel walking around and allegedly sounds to be narrating his text messages between Clark, and at one point Warren was mentioned, however they seem to be irrelevant to the hotel situation. It is possible he was narrating from his TikTok live comments, but it's unclear what was being said. Daniel said "Lauren AKA or Lawrence AKA Lucas is impersonating me because he's angry that he got fired. Be careful Clark will confirm that this is my only number.", which suggests that Lauren may be impersonating Daniel, and Clark is mentioned only as someone who can confirm the legitimacy of Daniel's provided contact information.
Prior to entering the hotel, Daniel called to ask about the reservation, only to discover it was never made. Clark, Daniel's manager, denied this and attempted to say that there was a reservation.
At the hotel, he entered and after being informed he does not have a reservation, the staff received a phone call about him, warning him of how these types of incidents are common for Daniel. He is then asked to leave the lobby, and which he does. While walking around on the sidewalk, Daniel sees a black car that he claims has been following him since his court hearing. He proceeds to film the car.
Incident
Daniel swiftly returns to the Golden Hotel to ask for the phone number of the complainant because his manager told him that there was a reservation. Addressing Daniel by his first name, the front desk workers refuse to give Daniel the number. One of them claims to have received calls from neighboring businesses, warning them about Daniel. The manager then asks Daniel to leave, threatening to call the police if he doesn't. Daniel yells "Why would you call the police if I am not doing anything!" and then claims that he has a reservation and that the trolls are messing with him and the hotel. The manager tells Daniel that it doesn't matter if he has a reservation or not, she can deny service to anyone. This makes Daniel very upset, and he curses at the staff and pushes a glass sign to the floor where it shatters. At this point, the manager is visibly furious and begins to scream at Daniel for breaking the hotel’s property, and Daniel begins arguing back towards her and screaming. He also threatens to break his probation and flee the state of Colorado due to being kicked out of The Golden Hotel. The manager chases Daniel out of the lobby while screaming at him to get out and not come back to the property.

Employee: Yeah, but, you were asked to leave, um our property, you're not allowed to stay here and I'm gonna call the police department on you. Daniel: I'm. I'm aware, but I. [Manager begins walking into view] Employee: And I am asking you to- I'm telling you to leave. Manager: It was Indulge, it's been Woody's Pizza? It's been every- Employee: He's recording you. Manager: I don't care. It's been every business on this street. Daniel: I'm friends with, uh, Woody's manager, so. Manager: They called us saying that you were causing troubles. Daniel: I haven't even been there in, like, a couple months. Manager: Please leave. Daniel, I'm asking you to please leave the property. I'm not doing this with you tonight. I do not want to call the police. And I will. Daniel: Okay. Like why would you- Manager: You're not allowed on the property. Daniel: Why would you call the police on me if I'm not doing anything? Manager: Because I've asked you to leave. Daniel: But I- I... Manager: We've had multiple people come and tell us. Daniel: Right. Manager: That you're causing problems in Golden, Colorado. I have people that are paying good money to stay here (...) property. Daniel: I, I did too. I did too. You- You're stealing my money because I've already booked a motel room. Manager: I'm not stealing your money. Daniel, I don't have the reservation that you provided me. Employee: Daniel, I looked at the reservation that you provided me, the confirmation, there is nothing in there. There is absolutely nothing in there. We have asked you nicely (...) I have to tell you, you need to go. Daniel: I have proof that I booked the reservation. Manager: Let me see it. Daniel: I just read it to you, like, when I was sitting right over there. Manager: I don't care if you take a video of me for your stupid TikTok account. I'm over it and I will have the police trespass you if you do not leave the property right now. Daniel: Go- go ahead and trespass me. Manager: Okay, great. Employee: I'm working on that. Daniel: This is uncalled for. Manager: It's not uncalled for. I have the right to refuse anybody in this building whenever I feel like it. I don't want the issues and it's a red flag. When all of Golden knows about who you are. Daniel, Daniel: It's because I'm fucking famous! Manager: I don't care. I don't care if you're famous. Daniel: So- Manager: They're calling our business saying that you're causing trouble, and right now you are causing my property trouble. So I need you to leave. Daniel: Okay, then I'll leave the fucking state of Colorado! Manager: Bye! See ya later. [Daniel begins walking towards the door and knocks over an object; glass can be heard breaking] Manager: Are you serious right now? Daniel: Yes! Manager (angrily): That's why. That's why you're kicked out. I'm calling the police, get out! Daniel (whining): You guys are ridiculous. Like just because I booked a motel room- Manager: Don't break my stuff. Don't break my stuff! Manager: Get out Daniel, NOW! Get out, don't come back! If you come back- Daniel: THEN I'LL LEAVE FUCKING COLORADO! Manager: Stop, GET OUT! Daniel: THEN I'LL LEAVE FUCKING COLORADO! Manager: GET OFF MY PROPERTY NOW! Daniel: THEN I GUESS I'LL VIOLATE FUCKING PROBATION AND LEAVE COLORADO! Manager: Goodbye! Daniel: BECAUSE ALL THIS FUCKING TOWN IS REPORTING ME! Manager: Goodbye! Aftermath
After running away from the hotel, Daniel can be heard hurting himself and yelling at the hotel manager "FUCK YOU BITCH" while also calling her a "FUCKING IDIOT". He also threatens to leave Colorado over the businesses in Golden reporting him. He states that he can't make a living in the state due to the local businesses working against him. In videos posted to TikTok after the incident, Daniel claims the hotel stole $2,000 from him as he booked a room for one week but refused him.
