The race of people is often considered a sensitive topic, especially for Daniel. He has displayed and demonstrated many instances of intolerance and racist behavior against various individuals and communities, sometimes intentional, and unintentional. His racism most likely comes from comes from several sources, as no concrete one can be found, such as his parental upbringing, isolated formative years, naivety, and desperation to fit in. African-Americans, or black people, are a common target for his xenophobia.
However, it is important to note that, while few and far between, some of his actions and statements may have been prompted by bad actors manipulating him, such as trolls or management. Other factors may suggest that he is not necessarily racist, but rather has a poor understanding of race, and more importantly, the impact of slurs brought on by his disabilities.

Daniel's views of other cultures is difficult to gauge, as in one breath, he will express support for a race's cause (EX: Black Lives Matter), and in the same breath, shout the n-word at those he disagrees with.
Black people
As noted, Daniel is notably racist towards black people, or African-Americans. It has been displayed mostly through his use of the n-word, almost always with a hard-r. Daniel has used "nigga" or "nigger" very frequently, rarely seeing the problem in doing so. Daniel has said this word multiple times in multiple contexts, either out of anger, frustration, or to anyone he does not like in general.
When he was told it was not okay to say the slur, Daniel's response was, “True unless it’s because you are really scared for your safety.” [citation needed]This statement doesn't make sense, especially given Daniel has also used the slur in situations where nobody is around, using it as a descriptor for the way people act. Daniel believes that the N-word has "self defense" properties, believing when he says it, his assailant will become confused as to why he said it. This confusion could serve to reduce the immediate tension between Daniel & the assailant. This has led to the community deeming it as his "tactical word" or "self defense word".
Despite his use of it, Daniel is not known to have used the slur, or any racial slur in general, towards anyone of African-American persuasion, or any person of color.

On May 13th, 2022 Daniel called what seems to be a Latino man the N-word after a dispute over him trespassing on the man's property to charge his phone.

After this video was posted, Daniel defended his use of the N-word saying "it’s [OK to say nigger] because you are really scared for your safety", with him not understanding that saying the N-word will escalate any sort of altercation.
Nick-gur TikTok live
Trolls often target Daniel by naming their accounts "Nick-gur" in an attempt to get Daniel to say the N-word. These usually worked until Daniel started catching them on, and in one infamous TikTok live, called out the Nick-gur trolls.

Slur usage
It is unknown if Daniel fully understands the impact of slurs against people. He has defended his use of slurs by saying it's okay to use them under duress. Daniel has said on numerous occasions that he uses a slur as a ‘self-defense-word.’[Citation Needed] Daniel will use slurs maliciously if he is very angry or melting down at someone, like the time he called Andrew the N Word.
Black people
The bulk of Daniel's racism is directed at people with darker skin, that is, usually against black people. Daniel often uses the the N-word when confronting Africans.
Jews
Daniel is particularly racist against Jews. Daniel has been manipulated into believing racist conspiracy theories against Jews like the New World Order. Daniel believes that the Jews, specifically a man named Goldberg Shacklestein , are after him. He thinks that World Of T-shirts is Jewish as he has negatively called him a Jew repeatedly. Fight with Bob
In his 2nd fight with Bob Proctor, Daniel has called him the slur at least twice.

On Friday, November 10 2023, Daniel had a meltdown at a Panera Bread, during which he screamed the N-word multiple times.
