Daniel, being mentally disabled and extremely naïve, has either admitted himself or has been manipulated into admitting many absurd and reprehensible actions.
Animal cruelty
Daniel once admitted to killing his neighbor's dog by chasing it into a fence when he was a child, even bluntly saying he is an animal murderer.[1] Daniel also abused another dog, Music, when he was 24, but this one he has not confessed to.
Elder abuse
On Jan 16, 2023, Daniel admitted to being abusive towards Bob Proctor, an elderly man who was his former friend.
Pedophilia

Daniel once admitted that he masturbated to the child actress Grace VanderWaal, who he is known to have an extreme obsession over. Flexburger also leaked an audio recording of him expressing a desire to have sex with 12 year-old actress Sky Brown. This would be mentioned by Clark in the second and third calls during the Second Jail Arc.
Daniel owned a Pinterest account where he saved many photos of little girls, adding to the case that he was a pedophile. He has also admitted to masturbating to children on said Pinterest account. Possession of "CP"
A manager of Daniel's manipulated him into saying that he loved "CP". Daniel went on to publish a video in which he stated "I Love CP", although this concerned some fans, he continued the video by seemingly understanding the acronym to mean "club penguin". However, he would admit to viewing it later on in April 2024, particularly in his community tab.
