Daniel, being mentally disabled and extremely naïve, has either admitted himself or has been manipulated into admitting many absurd and reprehensible actions.
Animal cruelty
Daniel admitted to killing his neighbor's dog by chasing it into a fence when he was a child, even bluntly saying he is an animal murderer.[1]
Elder abuse
On Jan 16, 2023, Daniel admitted to being a pedophile and being abusive towards Bob Proctor, and elderly man who was his former friend.
Pedophilia

Daniel admitted that he masturbated to the child actress Grace VanderWaal, who is known to stalk and have an extreme obsession over. Flexburger also leaked an audio recording of him expressing a desire to have sex with 12 year-old actress Sky Brown.
Daniel owned a Pinterest account where he saved many photos of little girls, adding to the case that he was a pedophile. He has also admitted to masturbating to children on said Pinterest account.
Possession of "CP"
A manager of Daniel's manipulated him into saying that he loved and had "CP" on his devices, which was revealed to actually be an acronym for Club Penguin.
