The Pencil incident is one of Daniel's many incidents, similar to The Toothbrush Incident, and was likely filmed around the same time as that incident as well. The incident took place in the Pink Room. The video contains Daniel inserting a pencil into his anus, standing up, dancing for a few seconds with the pencil still lodged in his anal cavity, and then pulling it back out.
On May 6, 2023, on the two-year anniversary of the May 6th Incident, the video was leaked by Flexburger as part of the May 2023 Flexburger Leaks. Previous to this date, the video was merely speculated with the only "evidence" of its existence being a picture of Daniel holding a pencil in his hand. The incident was dubbed "Code Ticonderoga" by members of the subreddit.
