Flexburger

Josh, more commonly known by his alias Flexburger, was Daniel Larson's first manager. Flexburger heavily manipulated Daniel, and was the cause of the May 6th incident. According to Flexburger, he was Daniel's manager from March 2021 until August 2021 when he was cut off. Following this, Daniel made several videos about him.

Manipulation

Flexburger, along with several other managers, manipulated Daniel into doing extremely degrading acts, such as the May 6th incident, over the course of a couple of months. Flexburger manipulated Daniel into doing things such as promoting his presidential campaign, despite Daniel not being old enough to be president.

He also leaked Daniel's disturbing Pinterest account and catfished him while pretending to be a minor.

Possible Manipulation of the Daniel Larson Community

Flexburger has been accused of not only manipulating Daniel Larson, but the community as well.

Flexburger leaked a Pinterest account of Daniel's, which was, to put it lightly, extremely disturbing. It had collections, likes, and pins of little girls (especially Grace VanderWaal), age of consent maps, and other disturbing videos.

The leak was controversial however, as Flexburger, for a short period of time, was in control of Daniel's leaked Pinterest, as well as his other accounts. Many speculate that Flexburger was the one to like and pin the videos to frame Daniel as a pedophile.

These accusations of manipulation are questionable at best. Flexburger only had the Pinterest account for a brief time. This brevity makes it unlikely that Flexburger could have liked all of the controversial content in such a short amount of time. Some say that pins from 2019 debunked the leak, but Daniel could have simply just been recommended older content.

Also, even if the Pinterest account was fake, it does very little to counter the claim that Daniel is a pedophile, as Daniel's obsession with Grace VanderWaal proves that he at least shows some of the characteristics.

War and Doxxing

Daniel, as revenge for Flexburger exposing him, declared war on him. Flexburger was already an enemy of the r/Daniellarson subreddit, and following this declaration, was doxxed and stopped communicating with Daniel in August of 2021.

Reddit AMA

On May 6, 2023, to celebrate the anniversary of the May 6th Incident, Flexburger returned and hosted a Reddit AMA under the username "smokesomuch2." To kick off this 'celebration,' Flexburger leaked some never-before-seen lore, and also started a Twitter, @flexburgerr.

Below are some excerpts from the AMA.

How did you manage to get him to do the "May 6th" AFTER he declared war on you? Did you go by another name [in order to conceal your identity]? - Grodbert

I went by the name “Josh” as his manager. I told him that Flexburger was this evil guy hacking all of his accounts [and] exposing him. He had no clue that it was me. When he was making all of those videos with the headset on talking about me, I was on the phone with him. He had no clue that [I was Flexburger] the whole time, pretty funny stuff.

100%. I think most people are forgetting that he was thinking about becoming transgender. He posted many videos like this explaining.

That whole era where he was interested in becoming transgender got shut down after he called his dad, Travis. Travis said he was not supportive and would never talk to Daniel again if he transitioned.

He’d also seem interested in some guys that were celebrities and said he’d be interested in having sex with them. At least when I was his manager, he seemed very bi-curious

As for the people on TikTok that defend him constantly it drives me insane. I’m not sure if a lot of people know this, but this subreddit was actually mostly pro-daniel around up until about a year ago or so.

When I was [Daniel's] manager, I tried telling everyone that Daniel was a horrible person but no one believed me. People like Papa Gut would defend him just because he has a mental disability.

24/7, never ending. I [would be sitting in class, and Daniel would just be] spamming me saying there was an “emergency” and if I didn’t answer he would fire me.

The “emergency” was that Big Bank Records called him the N-word [sic] and was “harassing him”. [sic]

Daniel ended up calling 911 and the police showed up. As expected, police [sic] were confused and didn’t give two shits [sic]

Tom Capek at Colorado Sound produced everything and was the genius behind Roaring Thunder amongst others.
