Daniel Larson has displayed racist behavior against some individuals and communities, him spouting many blatantly racist things and concepts.
However, as pointed out by many followers of Daniel, it is important to provide a balanced view of the situation by noting that some of his actions and statements may have been manipulated by other external actors like trolls and management and other factors may suggest that he is not necessarily racist, but has a poor understanding of race and the impact of slurs brought on by his disabilities. With that being said, he does often use things like the N Word with malicious intent, even if not in a racial way. Because of this, we can assume he understands it’s wrong.

On May 13th, 2022 Daniel called what seems to be a Latino man the N-word after a dispute over him trespassing on the man's property to charge his phone.

It is important to note that, after this video defended his use of the N-word saying that it is okay if "it’s because you are really scared for your safety”, with him not understanding that saying the N-word would definitely escalate any sort of altercation.
Nick-gur TikTok live
Trolls often target Daniel by naming their accounts "Nick-gur" in an attempt to get Daniel to say the N-word. These usually worked until Daniel started catching them on, and in one infamous TikTok live, called out the Nick-gur trolls.

Slur usage
It is really debatable if Daniel really understands the impact of slurs against people, him defending it by saying it's okay if under distress, like it isn't used to insult a whole race rather than just one person. Daniel has said on numerous occasions that he uses the slur as a ‘self-defense-word.’However, as stated above, he does use it maliciously sometimes if he is very angry at someone- like the time he called Andrew the N Word.
Black people
The bulk of Daniel's racism is directed at people of darker skin tones, usually against black people in the form of calling them the N-word.
Jews
Daniel is especially racist against Jews, him subscribing to many hateful concepts against Jews such as the New World Order, and believing that the Jews and a man by the name of Goldberg Shacklestein is after him.
