The Pencil incident is one of Daniels many incidents, similar to The Toothbrush Incident, and was likely filmed around the same time as that incident as well. The video contains Daniel inserting a pencil into his anus, standing up, and dancing for a few seconds with the pencil still lodged in his anal cavity.
