The one holding the cup asked Daniel how he was doing, to which Daniel did not respond, instead saying that he was charging for photos. The man holding the mountain dew threw it at him, Daniel tried to dodge but was unsuccessful. Daniel then walked away briefly and began to run away and the man who threw the mountain dew followed. Daniel shouted "Hey, back away! Back away!"
