Daniel's third mugshot. Smile for the camera!

On April 2, 2024, Daniel was arrested for being a fugitive from justice while on the bus. This was due to a warrant out of Jefferson County as he missed court on March 27, 2024, which broke the rules of his probation. [1] He was placed into the Douglas County Detention Facility, and was held at a bond of $1,500. [2] He spent the night in jail, and was released the next day, making this the shortest jail stay Daniel has had. [3]

This is the fourth time Daniel has been arrested this year; he was arrested two weeks prior and in February on the same charges. He would be arrested again on April 30th by the FBI for Use or Threatened use of an explosive and Interstate Communication of Threats.

Background

Daniel had missed his court date at Jefferson County for a hearing regarding the Olive Garden Incident on March 27, 2024, as he showed up 4 hours late, not knowing that it was at 8:30 AM. He was initially scared that he was going to face jail time if he showed up.[4] On March 29, Daniel walked to Colorado Springs and stayed there for the weekend before boarding a bus to return to Denver on April 2, 2024. He went live on the bus, unaware that the police were looking for him while he was on his way back [5] [6].

The Arrest

Sometime in the early evening, shortly after he ended his live, police pulled over the bus Daniel was on, and he was arrested in Lone Tree, CO, therefore not making it back to Denver. [7] He was booked into the Douglas County Detention Facility and was held at a bond of $1,500.[8]

Court Appearance

Daniel appeared in court on April 3, 2024 at 2:00 PM, a virtual appearance for Jefferson County about the warrant. [9] He was released shortly after.
