As many social platforms share in common, nudity is strictly prohibited on TikTok and usually results in a permanent ban, however some TikToks slip pass the automated moderation. Daniel however ignored said guidelines and flashed his private parts on TikTok several times. Because of that Daniel has been banned several times but always came back by creating a new account.

The [[May 6th]] incident is the most known flash Daniel has performed on TikTok. Daniel is a very vulnerable person when it comes to the internet and can be easily manipulated, because of that many take advantage of him. One of his old managers made him take off his pants and flash his private parts on TikTok live, as a part of a casting for a pornography (''[[Roe v. Wade Reversal Protest|You can find confirmation of this in his speech]]''). This flash was done on now obviously banned account @''daniellarsonfans''. The live managed to peak at 476 viewers before getting taken down by TikTok. Daniel most likely didn’t know the action he was doing and did it because of the pressure put on him by trolls.
A lesser known incident is that the day after the first May incident, Daniel did the exact same thing on a new account.
