On April 2, 2024, Daniel was arrested for being a fugitive from justice while on the bus. This was due to a warrant out of Jefferson County as he missed court on March 27, 2024, which broke the rules of his probation.[1] He was placed into the Douglas County Detention Facility, and was held at a bond of $1,500.[2] After spending the night in jail, he was released the following day, making this Daniel's shortest time in jail.
