Beak
A very relevant and probably most immediately noticeable feature of Daniel Larson is oddly shaped and unusually large nose. Daniel's nose often gets edited[1] by trolls/weens, who made his nose even larger.
Nose goop
Daniel often has either a film or clumps of what is either cum, pus, or dead skin over the bow of his nose. This is probably a form of shedding similar to how a lizard sheds during growth, where the nose, due to rapid growth, outgrows its old skin and it falls off naturally and is replaced by a recently created new layer of skin.
In all seriousness though, the shedding is likely due to a combination of sunburning (note that, as of going to New York, there is no shedding) and lack of hygiene.

Daniel, after harassing a worker while trespassing in an Indian shop and then spitting on a worker by suggestion of his management, got annihilated by a store worker and ended up getting a gigantic laceration.
Africa & healing
Daniel's nose injury, despite his picking, eventually formed a strange scab the shape of Africa. This is mocked regularly, it going so far that his management pretended that they were sending him to South Africa.
Beyond the odd shape of his scab, its slow healing is also a minor concern, it probably being influenced by his diet.
Self-Discovery
On May 13th 2023, Daniel uploaded a 3 minute video to TikTok where he talks about various things while eating [2]. At one point, Daniel seemingly notices his nose, and its shape, for the first time ever.
