Todd Baysinger is a 56-year-old Grace VanderWaal fan (referred to as "Fanderwaals") who lives either alone or with his parents in Iowa.
He is obsessed with Grace VanderWaal, just like Daniel, and has commented in Grace's YouTube channel over 1000 times as of 2023 and owns creepy memorabilia of her such as necklaces. Todd is also a white knight for Grace against Daniel despite acting to Grace exactly how Daniel does. He frequently replies to Daniel's spamming of Grace's channel, threatening Daniel, telling him to back off, and telling Daniel to get help despite also clearly needing it.
