Booking information for Daniel's arrest.

On April 30, 2024, Daniel was arrested and placed into Jefferson County Detention Facility, although it's unclear as to what charge he was arrested for; he had a warrant issued from another county, as his charge is "courtesy housing for another agency". [1]It can infer that this was due to Daniel violating probation several times, as in the days following up to his arrest, Daniel defrauded a Buffalo Wild Wings, and admitted to viewing CSEM.[citation needed]

Ironically, Daniel was arrested 28 days before this, and both months prior; this is the fifth time he has been arrested in 2024. However, unlike those arrests for being a fugitive from justice, this one seems to be a different charge, plus being ineligible for bond.

Background

Daniel had violated his probation multiple times, was kicked out of a Pumphouse restaurant by the police on April 27, and the next day he was kicked out of Buffalo Wild Wings after defrauding the restaurant. He then went inactive on the evening on April 29, saying that he was on the bus back to Boulder. [2] A warrant was issued for his arrest from another county.

Daniel is well known for making terroristic threats via social media, although this habit of threat-making appeared to escalate in the weeks preceding his arrest. A prime example of this trend can be observed in the April 6th Meltdown. Daniel also made numerous threats against Bob Proctor on his YouTube community tab during this time. It's speculated that these terroristic threats may have been a factor in his arrest. Given that the FBI allegedly was making a case against him, these could have been an arrest warrant from the FBI, rather than local police.

The Arrest

Daniel was arrested in the afternoon of April 30 and booked into the Jefferson County Detention Facility. His charges are currently unknown, and he is ineligible for bail, possibly indicating felony charges.
