April 2nd Arrest
On April 2, 2024, Daniel was arrested while on the bus back to Denver for fugitive from justice, from a warrant out of Jefferson County as he missed court on March 27, 2024. [1] He was placed into the Douglas County Detention Facility, and is being held at a bond of $1,500. [2]
This is the third time Daniel has been arrested this year; he was arrested two weeks ago and in February on the same charges.
Background
Daniel had missed his court date at Jefferson County on March 27, 2024 as he showed up 4 hours late not knowing that it was at 8:30 AM. [3] Shortly after, Daniel walked all the way to Colorado Springs and stayed there for the weekend before boarding a bus to go back to Denver on April 2, 2024. He went live, unaware that the police were looking for him while he was on his way back [4] [5].
The Arrest
Sometime in the early evening, the bus Daniel was on was pulled over by police, and Daniel was arrested in Lone Tree while he was on his way back to Denver. [6] He was booked into the Douglas County Detention Facility and is being held at a bond of $1,500.
