Userpages are currently broken on this wiki due to a security plugin that's being used. The Admin is aware.

Your user page (the page User:YourUserNameHere) is your personal space on the DL Wiki. However, there are several guidelines for user pages.

Purpose of User Pages

User pages are a place to express your interests in regard to the DL Wiki. If anything, it should be short and sweet. If you're spending days at a time editing your user page, you're doing it wrong, and that time could be put towards editing actual pages of the wiki.

What your user page is NOT

  • A place to rant about everything wrong with Daniel
  • A place to promote personal projects outside the Wiki. This falls under spamming.
  • A place to tell the world your plans to troll Daniel. That's what the subreddit is for.
  • A place to post either your or others personal information. This is a bannable offense.

Editing

User pages should only be edited by the user who "owns" the page. Other users are strictly forbidden from making edits to another user's user page. There are rare exceptions:

  • To revert vandalism.
  • In the case your account is banned, your user page is no longer needed.
  • Administrators have discretion to edit user pages where the content is deemed inappropriate or violates the guidelines of the wiki.
