The Golden Hotel Incident

On December 23rd, 2023, Daniel Larson went live on his TikTok account. During the live, he goes to The Golden Hotel, in Golden, Colorado. Daniel is under the impression that he has a reservation booked at the hotel. After being informed that he does not have a reservation and that the hotel staff had received a phone call about him, Daniel is asked to leave. He leaves, but returns later to ask for the phone number of the complainant. Addressing Daniel by his first name, the front desk workers refuse to give Daniel the number. They also claim that they had also received calls from neighboring businesses, warning them about Daniel. The manager the asks Daniel to leave, threatening to call the police if he doesn't. This makes Daniel very upset, and he curses at the staff and pushes a line barrier pole to the floor. He also threatens to break his probation and flee the state of Colorado due to being kicked out of The Golden Hotel.
