December 10th Incident

On December 10th, 2022, Daniel had a meltdown on TikTok Live on @daniellarson62. This would end with him hitting his mentor Bob, who would end up calling the police.

Incident

Daniel went live on TikTok. The live consists of Daniel crying and yelling "The motel threatened to kill me!" over and over again. Daniel can be seen holding a bloody napkin, from a nose bleed. He keeps asking Bob for help who is telling Daniel to get out of his car. Daniel starts punching himself in the face while accusing Bob of hitting him and "breaking his arm." Bob responds angrily, claiming that Daniel was the one who beat him. After this, Bob threatens to call the police and Daniel starts hitting him. Bob proceeds to call the police. While Bob is talking to the 911 Operator Daniel yells that he needs help and that Bob supposedly had a gun.

It seems that the TikTok account was banned shortly after the incident.

Aftermath

After, Daniel went live on YouTube while in an ambulance. He ends up completely lying to the EMT in the ambulance, telling them that the motel called him and threatened to kill him with a gun.

Hours later, Daniel would post on YouTube community posts that Bob was going to "put [his] music career on hold for a few weeks." He also said that Bob bought him a plane ticket to California. This would immediately be confirmed by a picture of him at Colorado Springs Airport, as well as a picture of him going through airport security.

Daniel was, in fact, flown to Los Angeles on a Southwest flight.

Community Reaction

This is considered by many to be the biggest Daniel incident in 2022, and possibly even in all of Daniel's history. This ended up being extremely controversial seeing as he attacked Bob for seemingly no reason. Many were extremely angry at Daniel, saying that this is the biggest example yet of his gaslighting.

The community has speculated that if Daniel gets arrested, he would likely be arrested on not only assault but elder abuse.

Most importantly, it has also been speculated that Daniel was sent to Los Angeles due to the 5150 law in California, which allows an individual to be placed in a psychiatric facility if they are a danger to themself or others.
