Spotify Hack
In June 2023, Daniel’s official Spotify was hacked by unknown trolls. They continue to leave odd messages for Daniel as well as change things such as artist playlists, the profile photograph, artist text and more. It is still unclear who is behind this.
JoJo Siwa
When the page was first hacked, it showed a photo of JoJo Siwa with a message. The photo was of JoJo Siwa making a peace sign with her hands and the text-
“This page has been
hacked by JoJo Siwa
Suck my queef Daniel”

Jared Fogle
The second hacked photo is of someone identified as “Jared Fogle” and the caption
“This page has been
Hacked by Jared
Fogle I will return
It to Daniel if he
Pays me $1500”

Hitler
The third photo was added on June 14, 2023. It is a photo of Hitler. Unlike the others, it has no caption.

Return To Normal
Later on June 15, 2023, the profile picture was once again changed, now just to an average photo of Daniel. The Verified Artist text was more (?) normal, just being "Grace vanderwaal". On the 16th, it was changed back to Hitler (see above). Sometime after that but before the 20th the photo was returned to Daniel, and the VAT was removed again. As of October 2023, it is an average zoomed-in photo of Dan.
Current Status
As of late October 2023, the Spotify is still hacked and Daniel is still highly upset about it. The Spotify photo was recently a photo of Jacob Sartorius, (now Dan again) and the "Artist Pick" was the song "Sweatshirt" by Jacob Sartorious (now removed again). Everything is back to "normal" now but continues to frequently change. The page was briefly verified on August 24, 2023, but the verification was removed later that day. The next day, it was added again and currently stands.

Second VAT
After the photo was set back to Daniel, the VAT changed to "Grace vanderwaal".
About a day later, the VAT was wiped. It is still wiped in October of 2023.
Daniel's Response
Daniel has responded several times on his YouTube community tab.

** I cannot find this comment due to sheer volume of posts, but in responses Daniel claimed he would "handle them in the courtroom".
