The Banana Video or the Banana Incident was a hoax started by /r/DanielLarson moderator SlimJiMorrison that sent the subreddit into a frenzy with other users playing along, strengthening the hoax. The rumor was that Daniel had done something involving defecating onto a bowl inside of a toilet, particularly the toilet seen in this post, dipping a banana inside of his the bowl with his own excrement and then eating it.

Daniel placed a bowl in the toilet. Same bathroom as “I’m not feeling well ”. Pooped, Daniel than took the bowl out of the toilet. Placed it on the bathroom sink. Unpeeled a banana and took a little scoop. And ate it -SlimJiMorrison[1]
