| On May 6, 2023, on the two-year anniversary of the [[May 6th|May 6th Incident]], the video was leaked by [[Flexburger]] as part of the [[May 2023 Flexburger Leaks|May 2023 Flexburger Leaks.]] Previous to this date, the video was merely speculated with the only "evidence" of its existence being a picture of Daniel holding a pencil in his hand. The incident was dubbed "[[Daniel Larson Codes|Code Ticonderoga]]" by members of the [[R/Daniellarson|subreddit]].
