The pencil incident is one of Daniels many incidents, most similar to [[The Toothbrush Incident]], and was likely filmed around the same time as the video as well. The video contains Daniel inserting a pencil into his anus, standing up, and dancing for a few seconds.

On May 6, 2023, on the two-year anniversary of the [[May 6th|May 6th Incident]], the video was leaked by Flexburger.
 
Previous to this date, the video was merely speculated with the only "evidence" of its existence being a picture of Daniel holding a pencil in his hand.
