On February 10th, 2023, Daniel was seen in a video being kicked out of a Planet Fitness bathroom by a female employee and a male gym-goer for loitering in the men's bathroom. Daniel repeatedly pleads for the female employee to leave the bathroom for him to get out, and repeatedly claims that they are breaking the law and spying. Additionally, Daniel wrongly claims that the female employee calls him names and begs for her name to report her.

(Daniel stands up from the seat in the stall, and hits the door with something, likely his fist or head, and returns to the seat)
