-Since Daniel regularly posted TikToks, it was obvious that he had access to a charging port. Daniel mostly charged his phone at restaurants, stores, and other public facilities, however after Daniel returned from his hike from Castle Rock on May 13th, 2022, he decided to charge a phone on someone’s private property. The owner of the property wasn’t very happy with Daniel and got aggressive,  the owner responding by threatening to call the police. Daniel then started having a melt down and called the owner of the property a [[The N Word|racial slur]]. When a user pointed out on in comments that it’s wrong to say racial slurs, Daniel responded by saying: “True unless it’s because you are really scared for your safety”.
