On December 10th, 2022, Daniel had a meltdown on TikTok Live on @daniellarson62. The incident would escalate to the point of physical violence. Daniel hit his mentor Bob, who subsequently called the police.

This would immediately be confirmed by a picture of him at Colorado Springs Airport, as well as a picture of him going through airport security.
